Georgetown at the Colwick Hall Hotel makes
an excellent venue for corporate entertaining and fine dining with the
colonial decor, elegant chandeliers, wooden floors and sepia prints.
Georgetown is situated in the exquisite front dining room with its
stunning ceiling depicting Venus and the cherubs. The long bar serves as
the Singapore Sling station as Chopin and Mozart's music played for the
discerning diner. Georgetown can accommodate up to 70 guests and also
offers private dining facilities.
Georgetown Restaurants are Britain's first
colonial Malaysian restaurants bringing the varied and exquisite
cuisines of the Malaysian Malays, Mandarin Chinese and Tamil Indians
under one roof. These diverse cuisines have influenced each other over
the years in Malaysia and there should be something that appeals to
everyone's tastes ~ all served in our regal house style with crystal cut
glass and very fine bone china in a colonial ballroom setting.
