Satay Ayam ~
£11.25 ~ Chargrilled chicken satay skewered in bamboo sticks served with
pineapple, cucumber, red onions , soft rice cubes and a delicious peanut
sauce.
Nasi Goreng ~
£8.50 ~ Fragrant Malay stir fried rice with prawns, chicken and seasonal
vegetables in a light soya sauce, garnished with Omelette strips.
Rendang Daging
~ £12.95 ~ Medallions of beef flavoured with aromatic lemon grass, mild
chilli,and coconut milk ~ served with rice, okra, purple cabbage, kuruma
and keropok.
Ikan Kurau ~ £14.75 ~ This special fish
steak, found in Southeast Asian waters, is delicately marinated and
crisply fried to perfection. Ikan Kurau is garnished with lemon and
served with sauté potatoes, mangetout and carrots.
